Walls, ceilings, and trim painted like the room is going to be photographed — because on the day we finish, it will be. We vacuum before we roll, cut lines by hand, and keep your home livable the whole time.
Chicago's older homes were painted by people who expected to be judged from the sidewalk. We scrape to sound wood, prime bare spots, and match heritage palettes chip by chip — porch ceilings in Porch Ceiling No. 5, of course.
Oak-to-elegance in a week. Doors and drawers come to our spray booth for a lacquer finish with no brush marks; boxes are finished in place. Your kitchen stays usable every evening of the job.
Ninety minutes with our consultant and the big chips — not the little ones, the hand-held ones. We read your light, your floors, your fixtures, and you leave with a signed-off palette for every room in the plan.
The work that separates painters from applicators: Level 5 drywall, enamel millwork, limewash feature walls, deck and fence staining, and wallpaper removal that leaves the plaster ready for color.
Five working days for a typical kitchen. Doors and drawers come out on day one to our spray booth; we finish the boxes in place mid-week and rehang everything Friday, hardware aligned. Your kitchen is usable every evening.
We do. Heavy pieces are shifted to the room's center and draped; delicate items are yours to stash, and we'll tell you exactly which ones during the walkthrough. Canvas runners protect floors on every path we walk.
Every crew lead is RRP lead-safe certified. On pre-1978 homes we containment-scrape, HEPA-vacuum, and dispose per EPA protocol — especially on exteriors and window sashes, where old paint concentrates.
Fine European and American lines chosen per surface — zero-VOC interiors for occupied homes, catalyzed lacquer in the booth, mineral and limewash finishes on old plaster. We'll hand you the spec sheet with your palette.
