It's included in our Growth and Premium plans, included as a basic version in Pro, or available as a standalone $247/mo add-on.

The AI Voice Employee answers your phone — it speaks with callers, answers questions, books appointments, and can transfer live calls to you. The AI Chatbot lives on your website and handles typed conversations, capturing leads and answering visitor questions around the clock. Many clients run both so no lead slips through, whether someone calls or visits the site.

Yes. Both are available as à la carte add-ons with a free 14-day trial. The AI Chatbot trial starts the day we install it on your site. The AI Voice Employee trial starts when your agent actually goes live — phone registration (A2P) can take 10 to 30 days, so the trial never runs down while you're waiting on the carriers — and includes up to 150 minutes of AI call time. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be billed for the add-on.

Note that we build websites with payments, not custom apps or marketplace platforms, and we use Stripe rather than Shopify or WooCommerce.

There are no separate hosting bills to track — it's all handled for you.

How many website edits are included each month?

Each plan includes a set number of monthly content edits: Launch includes 2, Rise includes 5, and Growth includes 10 (with priority turnaround). A content edit is one batch of small updates — text, images, business hours, or prices. Need more in a given month? Extra edits are available on request in À La Carte Add-Ons.

Do I own my website, domain, and content?

Your domain and content are always yours. On a subscription plan we host and maintain your site on our platform; one-time builds are owned outright from day one and yours to host wherever you like. Either way, you're never locked out of your own domain or content.

Am I locked into a contract, and what happens if I cancel?

No long-term contracts on monthly plans — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. On Growth and our AI Employee plans, a 3-month commitment simply waives your setup fee; on Launch and Rise the one-time fee is what builds your site, so it's paid up front. If you cancel, you keep your domain and content; subscription hosting and AI services end at the close of your billing period.
