Every day, around the clock. Your personal access code works at the gate, the lobby, and your floor 24/7, 365 days a year. The office is staffed 9am–6pm Monday through Saturday if you ever want a human.
What does climate controlled actually mean here?
Interior units are held between 55–78°F with humidity kept under 55% year-round — through Chicago winters and August alike. That protects wood furniture, electronics, photos, instruments, and anything else that warps, cracks, or mildews.
Am I locked into a long lease?
No. Everything is month-to-month. Move out any time with ten days' notice and you'll never pay for a month you don't use. Most of our customers stay because they want to, not because a contract says so.
How is the facility secured?
Individually alarmed units, HD cameras on every corridor recording 24/7, coded access at every door, and motion-triggered lighting throughout. The building is fully fenced with a gated loading court.
Can I drive in to load and unload?
Yes — the covered loading court fits a full-size moving truck, and free flatbed carts and dollies live at every dock. Large drive-up units let you back a vehicle right to your door.
