The building went up in 1927 as a cold-storage warehouse for the meatpacking district — thick brick walls, timber columns, floors built to carry serious weight. When we rebuilt it, we kept everything that made it last a century and replaced everything else: new climate plant, new electrical, new elevators, new security spine.
The result is a storage facility that feels less like a row of garages and more like the well-run back of house of a good hotel — because that's how we staff it, clean it, and run it.

Every unit is individually alarmed and every corridor is covered by HD cameras recording around the clock. Doors open by personal code only, so we always know the building is holding exactly who it should be.
